Flipping Telemarketers

How would you like to sponsor someone who is fearless about calling people? Even fearless calling people they do not know. Even fearless in calling for hours a day even if people get mad at them and hang up on them. – That my friend is a ‘Telemarketer’.

Telemarketers call us all the time, sometimes more than once a day. Instead of blocking them, instead of registering on the ‘Do Not Call’ registry – solicit them, or at least practice on them. Why? Because if you don’t try, you won’t signup any of them.

Years ago I was at a convention with a previous NWM company. One of my partners introduced me to his new partner and I could immediately tell in the first few minutes of talking with this man, that he was very sharp and eager for the business.

My partner asked me “Wanna know how I met him?” I said “yes”. He replied, “He was a telemarketer who called me and I figured from the Caller-ID he was probably a ‘Telemarketer’ so I answered the phone “Thousand Dollar Line, How Many Do You Want?”

The Telemarketer was caught off guard, not expecting to hear that, so he said “What’s that?”

My partner knew the telemarketer was in a ‘Boiler Room’ with other telemarketers AND that his company would be recording all the calls AND the telemarketer would not be allowed to talk about anything other than what they were selling.

So, my partner said to him “Grab a new piece of paper and write this down. Do you have it?” ___ And he gave him his website for our Network Company. Then he said, “Put that paper in your pocket or wallet, and when you get home look up my site. There is a little form to see the details, but your info goes only to me. There is no cost for the info and you don’t have to give your credit card for the info either .. but THEN you will have the information and how we can pay you a THOUSAND DOLLARS over and over again. Sound fair?” __

Out of courtesy, He listened to a few more minutes of his pitch by saying “I have 3 minutes before an important appointment, is there anything you need to tell me before I have to go?” — This gave the man a few minutes to pitch him for what he was selling.

Try it, “THOUSAND DOLLAR LINE, How can I help you?!“
